STARCONN and Supplier Corp. Social and Environmental Responsibility Code of Conduct

STARCONN follows 【Responsible Business Alliance,abbreviate RBA) 】formerly (Electronic Industry Citizenship Coalition,abbreviate EICC) the code of conduct establishes a set of norms for the electronics industry or industries with electronics as a major component and their supply chains, so as to ensure a safe working environment, workers are treated with respect and dignity, and business operations are environmentally friendly and ethical. The company adopts the basic principle of this Code that all business operations must be in full compliance with the laws, regulations and regulations of the countries in which it operates. This code encourages participants to go beyond compliance with the law and actively use internationally recognized standards to promote social and environmental responsibility and business ethics.
The Code is based on (UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights) ,the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, the provisions of which are drawn from various key international human rights standards, including the International Labor Organization’s (“ILO”) Fundamental Principles at Work and Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work and the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights. The RBA is committed to collecting regular stakeholder feedback for the implementation and ongoing development of the Code of Conduct.

This code consists of five parts :
Sections A, B, and C outline labor, health and safety, and environmental standards, respectively.
Sections D provides standards for business ethics; Sections E outlines the elements required for a proper management system capable of implementing the Code.
